    (This applies to deliveries to AZ, CA, ID, MT, NA, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY)

  • We charge a flat $4 fee per order to cover the insulated coolers and dry ice needed for a safe trip.
  • Our minimum order is ten pounds (10lbs)
    To maximize use of our Styrofoam cooler, order raw in (combined totals) of 10, 20, or 30lb.
  • Orders shipped by FedEx, and typically arrive in two to three days if shipped to the the Eastern part of the US.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We can not ship on Friday or the weekend.
  • Orders placed by 12pm Monday thru Thursday will most likely ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid being held in the courier depots over the weekend.
    We do our best to fulfill your order as fast as possible! If your order does not ship the same day, it is likely because 
  • All orders are packed with dry ice, this may evaporate (sublimate) by the time your order is delivered and some minor defrosting may occur.  It is completely safe to refreeze the pouches, and will not affect the quality of the food.
